In 2009 having recently moved into Sheffield, I found I had a real problem with my PC.  Having worked with computers for many years & recently built my own computer, I found I was defeated.  A card through the door offering help in this sort of disaster seemed worth following up.  Sure enough, a technician answered my call to ACS  promptly & immediately arranged a home visit.  It was a tricky problem, but he persisted & eventually cracked it satisfactorily.  Since then, I have called on ACS a number of times for other problems & recently had a PC built for my wife by the company.  This has been a convincing success, as my wife is delighted with its features, especially its speed & the 2 screens.  This came in at a very moderate price for the specification.  What one looks for in this type of service is pretty well exactly what you can expect to get from ACS: Prompt response, punctual visits, cheerful confidence, persistent pursuit of a problem, moderate charges, knowledgeable service & advice, based on broad experience.
